Photoshoot collaboration

One of the great things about fashion is the way in which a garment or an outfit can be interpreted into a whole new look. This is why stylists are so important to the industry and can make such an impact to an individual's or a fashion label's look. A couple of months ago I offered to provide a wedding dress for a collaborative photo shoot a friend of mine was putting together. She is a talented hair & make-up artist, specialising in Asian bridal styles, but she also experiments with new innovative looks. Her and the photographer's theme was a gothic inspired bridal look - definitely new territory for me: my default styling runs towards the more classically elegant. So I was really intrigued to see what they would create and how they would interpret my dress. Have a look at the amazing pictures below - it's quite a transformation! And I think the theme came off beautifully.
